Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed below.

1. Description of Services

The Summer Solstice Mid-Year Realignment Strategy Session is a single-session coaching and strengths-mapping package that includes:

• Access to the Gallup CliftonStrengths 34 Assessment (or an intensive audit of your existing results, if applicable)

• One (1) private 90-minute coaching session via Zoom with Karen Retardo

• One (1) personalized 10-Day Visibility & Connection Checklist co-created during the session

This is a one-time offer and does not constitute an ongoing coaching relationship, retainer, or program enrollment.

2. Pricing & Promotional Window

The special Solstice rate of $297 USD is available to the first 6 clients who purchase on or before June 30, 2026. After June 30 or once all 10 slots are filled — whichever comes first — this offer closes and future strategy sessions return to their standard investment of $500 USD.

All prices are listed and charged in USD.

3. Session Scheduling & Completion Deadline

• Upon purchase, you will receive a scheduling link via email to book your 90-minute Zoom session.

• All sessions must be scheduled and completed on or before July 31, 2026. Sessions not completed by this date will be forfeited without refund.

• It is your responsibility to schedule your session in a timely manner. Karen Retardo is not responsible for delays caused by failure to book within the available window.

• Sessions are conducted via Zoom. A stable internet connection and a quiet, private space are recommended for the best experience.

4. CliftonStrengths Assessment

• Clients who have not previously completed the Gallup CliftonStrengths 34 Assessment will receive an access code via a separate email from me (hello@karenretardo.com) within 1–3 business days of purchase.

• The assessment must be completed before your scheduled session in order for us to make full use of our time together.

• If you have previously completed the full CliftonStrengths 34 Assessment, please notify Karen at hello@karenretardo.com so your session can be adjusted accordingly. No additional assessment code will be issued in this case.

• The Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment is a third-party product. Karen Retardo is not responsible for technical issues on Gallup's platform.

5. Refund Policy

Because this package includes a third-party assessment cost and reserves a customized 1:1 time slot on Karen's calendar, the following refund policy applies:

• Before your assessment code is issued: A full refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchase by emailing hello@karenretardo.com

• After your assessment code is issued: Refunds are not available, as the hard cost of the Gallup assessment is non-recoverable.

• Exception — Satisfaction Guarantee: If, at the close of your 90-minute session, you feel that we did not co-create a clear and actionable plan aligned with your values, you may request a full refund minus the cost of the assessment code before the session ends. No interrogation, no hoops, and no hard feelings.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Rescheduling & Cancellation

• You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment at no charge, subject to Karen's calendar availability, and provided the rescheduled session falls on or before July 31, 2026.

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the session will forfeit the session without refund.

• In the rare event that Karen must cancel or reschedule due to illness or emergency, you will be offered the next available time slot. If no mutually available time exists before July 31, 2026, a full refund will be issued.

7. Nature of Coaching Services

• Karen Retardo is a Certified Professional Coach (PCC) operating under the ICF Code of Ethics. Coaching is a collaborative, co-creative relationship focused on personal and professional growth.

• Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please seek the appropriate professional care.

• Results from coaching vary by individual. Karen makes no guarantees of specific business outcomes, client acquisition, or revenue as a result of this session.

• All information shared during the session is held in confidence in accordance with ICF confidentiality standards, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The 10-Day Visibility & Connection Checklist co-created during your session is for your personal business use only. It may not be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly without written permission from Karen Retardo.

9. Limitation of Liability

Karen Retardo's total liability for any claim arising from this offer shall not exceed the amount paid by the client ($297 USD). Karen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, United States. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through good-faith communication before pursuing formal legal action.
